The CWHOA (Colony West Homeowner’s Association) has employed professional management to manage and care for our commons areas for the home owners.
The CWCOA (Colony West Condominium Association) is an additional association established for those owners who own units in the three-story buildings. The CWHOA manager provides management services to that organization as well.
