The CW HOA (Colony West Homeowner’s Association) has employed professional management to manage and care for our commons areas for the home owners.

The CW COA (Colony West Condominium Association) is an additional association established for those owners who own units in the three-story buildings. The CW HOA manager provides management services to that organization as well.

The Colony West HOA Office does not manage any renting, selling, or leasing of any units. All units are privately owned.
