Next Upcoming Colony West Condominium Board Meeting: Please join us for the Annual Meeting on Wednesday, December 3rd at 6:00PM. Doors open at 5:45PM. Owners are welcome to join us at 31 Colony West Drive Clubhouse Meeting Room.


Next Upcoming Homeowners Association Board Meeting: Please join us for the Annual Meeting on Wednesday, December 3rd at 6:00PM. The HOA portion begins after the COA portion concludes. Owners are welcome to join us at 31 Colony West Drive Clubhouse Meeting Room. 


The Colony West HOA office will be CLOSED EARLY on Tuesday, 11/25/25 at 12:00PM.  


The Colony West HOA office will be CLOSED on Wednesday 11/26/25 and Thursday 11/27/25 for Thanksgiving.


Lawn Care: S&G Lawn Care began in April.

For Fall: Mowing is ongoing with varying days of mowing activity. No chemical sprays are occurring at this time. Fall a slow release fertilizer will be sprayed after the leaves stop falling. Flag markers will be placed when fertilizer is sprayed. Please do not walk on the grass that has flags displayed. Flag markers will be removed when the fertilizer has fully absorbed and safe to traverse across the grass.

Reminder: there is no leaf collection through S&G in the common area and dwelling units. They will come and mow the leaves to be utilized as additional fertilizer to encourage grass growth. You are more than welcome to rake leaves on within your lawn and fenced in property as you see fit.


Recycling: Recycling will be picked up every Monday for the Condominiums. For Townhomes, Duplexes, and Individuals, Recycling will be picked up on Fridays. You may place your recyclables at the curb or at one of the totes provided. Please note they have two separate trucks for both garbage and recycling, so please be patient.

Garbage Pick-Up: TDI garbage pick-up will be on Fridays. Please make sure the garbage is at the curb by 6:00 AM. If garbage is in a container, it can be put out the night before. Condo garbage pick-up will be on Tuesdays and Fridays. 


Update from City of Champaign Regarding Streetlight Repairs: 



​2025 Fall Yard Waste Collection: Begins October 20th.


​Every other Monday from October 20th through December 8th, the City of Champaign will go around our  neighborhood to collect yard waste debris. For the community's convenience, there is an area dedicated to Yard Waste located to the left side of the Clubhouse Shed. This is for Colony West Residents ONLY. Violators will be prosecuted. Please adhere to the city's ordinance regarding Yard Waste material collection. Failure to follow the city's ordinances may result in fines for our residents. Thank  you!

The Colony West Clubhouse Pool is CLOSED for the 2025 Season! If you are a new owner or a new resident who has not received a new pool key fob, please email the office directly for more information.
