Current Events and Upcoming Closures:

Next Upcoming Colony West Condominium Board Meeting: Please join us Wednesday, August 20th, at 4:30P. Doors open at 4:15P. Owners are welcome to join us at 31 Colony West Drive Clubhouse Meeting Room.

Next Upcoming Homeowners Association Board Meeting: Please join us Wednesday, August 20th, after the COA meeting concludes. Meetings are held in the Clubhouse meeting room, doors open when COA meeting concludes. 

Lawn Care: S&G Lawn Care began in April. Summer fertilization and chemical treatment is ongoing. Anticipate chemical/fertilization treatment on Mondays and mowing Fridays. If weather allows. 

Recycling: Recycling will be picked up every Monday. You may place your recyclables at the curb or at one of the totes provided.

Garbage Pick-Up: TDI garbage pick-up will be on Fridays. Please make sure the garbage is at the curb by 6:00 AM. If garbage is in a container, it can be put out the night before. Condo garbage pick-up will be on Tuesdays and Fridays. 

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE: CONDO DUMPSTERS: LABOR DAY - Condominium Dumpsters will be collected on Wednesday 9/3 and Saturday 9/7

• A new section is created JUST for all NEW and APPROVED Policies in 2025!

Pool Reminder!

The Colony West Clubhouse had some renovations done in the fall to update our security system! All owners, residents, renters, and guests now must access the Clubhouse Pool with a new Pool Key Fob! If you have not received a new Pool Key Fob, please reach out to the office directly, as you may need to complete a waiver prior to distribution.

The Pool Season is quickly coming to a close! The last day the Clubhouse Pool will be open is on Labor Day, September 3rd.
