2026 Policies:

Please review the new policies to Colony West Homeowners and Condominium Association. These policies have currently been reviewed, voted, and approved during the 2025 & 2026 year. For transparency and information purposes, please review your respective Association's policies at least once a year. 

An active role in your respective Association's monthly meetings ensures your involvement and decision making with new rules, policies, and procedures voted upon. We encourage all owners to participate in recurring meetings. Check out the 'Current Events' section to see when the next meeting is.
